The founder, Janice Waterman, understood the need for a company like Waterman Hurst when she sought a Chief Administrative Officer role at the age of 29, because her company had been acquired. She tried to find expert help, as she had never done a job search and understood that it would be an important investment in her career.
The career counselors and coaches that worked privately did not have the expertise, networks, nor integrity to help her, and other types of career services were beholden to their clients which were corporations.
After 12 years as a corporate officer, Janice understood that high level leaders needed private and confidential help navigating their careers both internally and externally – with only their agenda in mind and that is the reason she founded Waterman Hurst.
Waterman Hurst’s mission remains the same today as when it was originally founded. We provide knowledge, contacts and services to high performing leaders so they may achieve their career and financially related goals. We avoid any conflicts of interest or agenda entanglements by accepting no fees other than the fees paid to us by our senior executive clients.
Our clients have the flexibility to choose the services they need when they need them, and they have an ongoing trusted source of advice and support throughout their careers.
