Dave Winston | Board Advisor

Currently, Dave Winston leads Caldwell Partners’ Industrial Practice. Dave has spent over fifteen years successfully completing searches for board members and executive officers within early stage companies, middle market companies, and global corporations. Dave joined Caldwell Partners from Heidrick & Struggles, where he was the Industrial Practice Regional Managing Partner for the Americas.  Dave founded and led a health care supply chain company, prior to working in the executive search industry.  Before embarking on his corporate career, Dave spent 20 years serving his country as an officer in the US Marine Corps. Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Villanova University.
