Lonnie Shoff | Board Advisor 

In addition to being an Advisory Board member at Waterman Hurst, Lonnie Shoff is President of the Clinical Diagnostics Division at Thermo Fisher Scientific, a global leader in life sciences, where her leadership responsibility also includes R&D and manufacturing. Prior, Lonnie was President and CEO for two multi-billion-dollar divisions of Henry Schein – a Fortune 200 company. At Henry Schein, Lonnie was CEO of their Animal Health Business Unit and an Operating Partner responsible for a portfolio of 18 multinational private companies, investments and partnerships. Prior, Lonnie was SVP and General Manager of Molecular Diagnostics and Applied Science at Roche, a global leader in Invitro Diagnostics. While at Roche, Lonnie won the Phil Delong Award for Leadership Excellence.

Lonnie has served as a Board Member for scientific and community service organizations, including the Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, Boy Scouts of America, and United Way.

Lonnie holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Purdue University, and has taken several graduate level courses in Molecular Genetics from Temple University.
